1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing primevale.cc and licensing our media intelligence reports, you contractually accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms under Kenyan civil law, you must discontinue your use of our intelligence portals immediately.

2. Description of Corporate Offerings

Primevale publishes strategic intelligence assessments, brand monitoring, geopolitical analyses, and rumor auditing services. The analytical reviews provided are not meant to represent legal, absolute physical security, or tax-relevant advice.

3. Payment Options, Currencies & Delinquency

Pricing packages on our portal are detailed in Kenyan Shilling (Ksh). All ongoing subscriptions are charged monthly. Non-payment after 7 calendar days of invoice dispatch results in immediate suspension of all active monitoring dashboards.

4. Client Obligations regarding Target Assets

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all tracked keywords, competitors, and target search query strings do not violate localized privacy, trademark laws, or civil liberty standards in Kenya.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The visual templates, layout models, and verified reports generated by Primevale are protected under intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a limited license to utilize reports for closed-door executive strategy meetings and internal planning.

6. Limitation of Liability

Primevale does not accept liability for losses, market capital decreases, or brand de-valuation resulting from corporate decisions made based on our intelligence reports. All audits are provided "as-is" and "as-available" for advisory purposes.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Forum

These terms and all related audits are governed strictly under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any irreconcilable disputes will be handled exclusively by competent courts located in Nairobi.
